HR Records (Staff Records)

The HR Records features enables you to easily manage important information about your Staff/Team.

You can store:

  • Emergency Contact Details
  • Medical Notes
  • Training Records
  • Key Discussions / Disciplinary Records
  • First Aid / CPR Certifications

This feature is available to user on the Unicorn plan with access to the advanced Staff Management features 🎉

To set it up:

  1. Go to Team in the main menu
  2. Click on the edit (pencil) icon to open up the Staff Editor window
  3. Then, click on "HR Record" from the sidebar menu.
  4. Update as required and SAVE your changes.
